Implementing hook_ENTITY_TYPE_access

Apologies for the elementary question, but what exactly do capital letters mean in a hook?  

I know capital letters indicate special handling in Drupal (similar to a parameter for naming hooks?).  So in custom modules, is it correct to say that ENTITY_TYPE in a hook name should be replaced with a value?

e.g. In the custom module, "mymodule", would you implement hook_ENTITY_TYPE_access as follows?

How to aggregate content?

Hi,

I would like to aggregate information from outside sites. 

Especially numbers, with which I will do different mathematical operations.

Do you know which is the most reliable solution to use? 

In Drupal 7 there was a function provided natively, but with drupal 8 you have to install the module feeds, or is there a solution already present?

View with contextual filter : Get taxonomy name

Hello, I wish to rewrite my vew like this.

/property/villas/paris/
/property/apartments-duplex/paris/

the first is a property category and the second is the city

I would like to display the name of my category and the city in the title of my view

Villas in Paris
Appartement and Duplex in Paris ....

Can you help me please because I'm stuck

D8 Commerce - No "Add To Cart" Button for Product?

Not really too sure what is going on here, but my products do not have an "Add To Cart" button, even though it is configured as the variations field "Add To Cart Form" in manage display. It says that it exists, but it just simply does not display.

Additionally, are there any good A-Z tutorials on creating an ecommerce system using commerce? An actual walk through on how to setup your store, products, cart, checkout -- start to finish?

Delete Paragraph Layouts

Once we translate paragraph modules. We don't get the option "remove" to delete them. 

Is there a way we can remove sections which are not required for a translated country
