Multiple organization website with ability to accept payments

I'm wondering if anyone can offer up some insight or direct me to a module or two that might assist me in doing this. I am looking to build a platform where I can create multiple "Organizations" that someone can pay a fee to. That is really the only feature that I am looking to get started with. It would work something like this:

User:

  • They enter their information and can track their monthly billing.

I'm trying to add theme suggestions for "container" and it's adding the suggestions to the list, but its not using the suggestions I put in.  I've triple checked the file name, tried several directories in the themes template folder and still it won't load the file.

Force captcha error message to be next to captcha element

Hi, I am using the captcha and recaptcha module, but when I test the captcha module, I noticed that the error is placed towards the top of the page next to the page menu which is not ideal obviously. Is there any easy way to force the captcha error to be next to the captcha module other than css tricks etc...?

TIA,

Jason
