Separate theme settings for site and admin area on user profile (account) (and media library)

Hey everybody,

I am searching for a way to get the following user case to work:
Got me a bunch of users, moderators and admins.
They all have some style they like, some of them like to work on a white page, some of them want to work on a dark page. so we need 2 themes for all users. this kinda works, people can switch to another theme for all the stuff they do on the site. but they can not change the admin theme from their account. also, changing the media library module theme isnt possible from a users account.

3. Pop-up form when registering (jQuery? How to do it?)
4. google map integration, which has location info of the item....

Google Page Speed Service (Google as CDN for your website)

Google has a new service, the Google Page Speed Service.
It's a CDN for the entire website.

How can I save view exposed filter result as user location

I am creating a website that allow people from different location of world to post information. I am using view exposed filter for user to enter location and filter the resulting node based on that location. But when I leave the page and reload the website, I need to select it again. Is there any way I can save that location for each user and display the location on their custom home page? Also, I want that location to be selected when that specific user wants to create post. How can I achieve this? I really need help!
