Drupal 8.x

How to fetch user's profile data when they log in with their social account like FB, Twitter, Google, etc? I want to fetch and store them in my Drupal database; and then use them to create profile as well as for marketing/sales decisions.

Hi everyone

I'm new to drupal and php programming. However I am about to start my own company, where I need a website with specific attributes.
Ive tried getting dreamweaver 5,5 to work with drupal, but i was not able to find the database (with MAMP on mac) even though I tried altering settings.php

My question is therefore:

Which editor is the best if I am going to:

Create a database
Customers and companies having log in
Specific site for each log in
Search engine for database

First of all, I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to put this topic. So please tell me where to put it and/or move it for me if possible.

What is it?

I'm working on an android app to communicatie with the Services Module.

Functions that are currently working:

• View and edit nodes (basic)
• View taxonomy vocabularies
• View taxonomy terms and edit those
• View website settings
• Edit maintenance message and enable/disable this.

Why am I making it?

There is currently no good working android app that does what I want it to do.
I'm not using any Webview everything gets pushed/pulled using the REST server.

Why? This offers great speed, and stability and provides us with more options to be build into the app.

Why I created this topic

Drupal is an opensource project, so I wanted this app to be opensource to. And I know that in a community you can create a better app then when you make it on your own. The basics are there, and we just need to improve it!

Where can I download it?

The apk is not yet in the android store, but it will be and it will be free of charge.

Firstly I am not a php coder and I do not plan to be.
I have looked at and used both modules.
Clearly relation module is far more powerful. However I found that entity reference has many more add on modules that really add to its function and interface.

The site I am currently making has the potential to have some fairly complicated relations / references in the future.

Which do you think I should choose?

I have an old website that I'd like to redesign and use Drupal as the cms. I am totally new to Drupal so forgive my ignorance. Is it possible to create a 'cluster' page (group of teachers) that would allow them to post daily homework assignments. Here's an example http://pickeringschool.org/cluster61.php?action=homework
the teachers can login and add homework for the week for their classes (science, math, etc)
Can Drupal do something like this?
