Does Drupal redirect links like Wordpress?

A developer is currently writing a Drupal site for me. I'm not sure which Drupal version, I guess the latest.

On a given landing page I have two kinds of links to other target pages of the site. One, target pages linked to by Drupal "related pages" as part of the CMS. The other, target pages linked to by me in the editorial text of the page in the standard normal way you create HTML links.

Ajax has stop working for the last months. For instance in my forum threads I have a vote_up_down widget and when I click on it, I get the following error. Any ideas on what's the problem or who I should ask?

Complete Newbie - HTML5 and Drupal

I'm working on a web application that uses various HTML5 components such as voice recognition, video, audio etc. I also want to use an open source web Content Management System (Probably Drupal).

Does anyone have any experience of working with HTML5 pages inside Drupal? In particular i would like to incorporate some existing pages coded in HTML5, Javascript and PHP. Does Drupal support this and can you please give me an idea how it is done?

Are certain templates better suited to this type of application?

Finally would a different CMS be more suitable?
