Drupal 8.x

Hi

I tried to installing Drupal 8 on Bitnami Nginx Stack (LEMP Server) with official bitnami nginx documents.

In this document learned with one example (WordPress) for run application on Nginx stack.

But i got a error for Drupal 8 in installation after installing modules:
Page not found
The requested page "/" could not be found.

I am currently looking for a freelance developer to help finish the migration of a current site and also facilitate the migration and/or redesign of future sites. There is very minimal work involved in the current migration as it is almost completed - simply having permissions issues - but am willing to compensate for full migration.

I have the slideshow working. How can I float the counter to the center?

I am planning to develop a website using Drupal. Since it isn't live yet and I have time I prefer to use Drupal 8 right from the beginning.
1. Is this beta up-gradable or I'll have to start from scratch at some point?
2. An estimate of what % of modules and extensions have already released a compatible version for D8?
