I've attempted to upgrade my Drupal 7 site to 8 using the upgrade UI module in Drupal 8.
I have my Drupal 7 database locally and have installed a clean install of Drupal 8 and enabled the migration modules, pointed the upgrade module to the Drupal 7 database and ran the upgrade process, but after 56 hours the process is still running, this seems too long. The database is over a gig in size, but it shouldn't be taking that long should it? how long should the upgrade process be taking?
Are there any improvements I can do to improve the upgrade time?

Next I selected "CKEditor Font" in the CKEditor section and installed that.
Then I went to Configuration -> Content Authoring -> Text formats and editors. Went to "Full HTML" and pressed "Configure". Dragged the "f" and "s" buttons (both labeled as "font ckeditor button") to the active toolbar. Then Saved Configuration.
