Hello, my navigation bar is made up of several elements including a dropdown. However, the items contained in the dropdowns are, for anonymous users, invisible. I would like to know if it is possible to add a condition in the template to not display the dropdown if it is empty.

With more than 20,000 records to manage, AH needed a robust, scalable system with flexibility to handle numerous content types such as issues, articles, reviews, books, author bios, 4,000 historic sites, artifacts, and even recipes. Creators needed to view based on content types and creators to view content based on topics for workflow.
I've created a block from a menu and put it in the sidebar2. It appears fine on basic pages, but disappears whenever the user is on any page generated by a view. I tested a few other blocks and found that custom blocks also disappear on Views pages. The order doesn't seem to matter. The only block type I've tried that seems to appear on every page is a List (Views) block.
I am new to Drupal and exploring drupal for an internal website.
As of part of development, we want to have a custom PHP page to be the front page of Website.
