Hide dropdown item if empty

Hello, my navigation bar is made up of several elements including a dropdown. However, the items contained in the dropdowns are, for anonymous users, invisible. I would like to know if it is possible to add a condition in the template to not display the dropdown if it is empty.

Can't delete a view or uninstall a module. Anyone help? thanks

When I tried to delete a view, or uninstall a module, the page will jump to install.php ( yourDomain/core/install.php ) page.

So I can't delete a view or uninstall a module now.

Does anyone know what may cause this issue?

Drupal 8 Sidebar Blocks Missing on View Pages

I've created a block from a menu and put it in the sidebar2. It appears fine on basic pages, but disappears whenever the user is on any page generated by a view. I tested a few other blocks and found that custom blocks also disappear on Views pages. The order doesn't seem to matter. The only block type I've tried that seems to appear on every page is a List (Views) block.

I am new to Drupal and exploring drupal for an internal website.
As of part of development, we want to have a custom PHP page to be the front page of Website.

How can I do it.
