Drupal 8.x

Hi there.

I create content for my users on request though I have not found how in Drupal 8 I change the content Author.

I simply want to change the Author from Admin (Me) to my other users. I know I did this with and advanced admin module in D7 though it is not ported to D8. Anyone know the answer to this one?

How can I change user profile page? I want to style user pages with my own Design.... The problem is If I change the user.html.twig I cannot print the User Pictures in comments Because comments module uses the file. I tried to change the page--user.html.twig but I could not to print the picture field in this file

I have a question, I've "Googled" and looked here on Drupal.ORG, but either I'm "asking the wrong question" or something. Let me phrase it a bit differently here, where I'm not trying to get what I want from a "Search" bar. Hopefully another human being can give me a better response.

I am trying to add a module to drupal 8 and I am unable to do so.

I am trying to install openlucius from here:

When I try through the install from a url option I get the following:

Cannot extract <em class="placeholder">temporary://update-cache-f981bc0d/openlucius</em>, not a valid archive

if I download the archive and try to install the archive I get the following :
