how can i show/ print the user role like "admin" of the author of a comment?

i looked into the comment.html.twig but there are only terms like "user_picture", "title" etc. available.

Problem: I recently developed a problem where I cannot add modules, users or groups or images, but I can add group types, content types and content. When I try to add the other things, it appears the page simply refreshes and I cannot find any errors. It seems like I cannot change my database but by adding content I imagine that I am accessing it. I can remove things, just not add.

2 months ago I installed Drupal and it has been 2 months lost. I have not advanced anything.
the current configuration is that of the first day.
Every time I try a change it is damaged. Every time I try to install a new theme, it gets damaged. The themes used, say they are compatible with Drupal 8.4.4.

I am looking for a solution as I am new to Drupal CMS where I can implement a recurring monthly subscription plugin every 30 days (month to month) for the Bezel shopping cart theme. As I am new to the Drupal CMS what would be the best plugin for subscriptions that are "free" and possibly "paid" options? I'm hoping to find a plugin that supports multiple methods of payments. Would it be a good idea to download those plugins that are a few years old?
