Drupal 8.x

Can anyone smarter than i deciper the attached error that I am receiving when trying to login to my Drupal 8 site after updating from 8.8.5  to 8.6.1

I have a content type with three fields:

• title
• region (custom field)
• state (custom field)

I set a state -> region dependency, but this did not work. As a test I made the field "state" depend on "title" and this time it worked.

Is it a known limitation of the conditional field module?

I've been using Dupal since the 6.x time period so this is a weird one for me.

I can't add blocks, the little java star thing spins and nothing happens, the window does not close. I've tried to add core blocks (body) or custom blocks. Nothing works.

I could add the yesterday. Since I last added blocks I did the following things

I installed Telephone and Actions

I configured the sendinblue module (But it's been installed for weeks)

I upgraded the core from 8.6.0 to 8.6.1

That is when i tried to add the sendinblue block. No dice.

I have an issue with Webforms on my Drupal website.
The webforms works well in appearance (writing message and send it), but no email notification is sent to the email adress we set for notification. We tested to direct the notification to 5 adresses on different servers, but the webform doesn't send any email. We just can see a preview of the messages in the admin panel.
Do you have any idea why the notification email doesn't send ? We even tried to remove captcha, but no difference...

I've CKEditor - Media Embed module installed on my Drupal 8 - https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor_media_embed
I want to add an other input (type text) after existing field (URL), but I don't see how to proceed to do that ...

I've my module in /modules/modified/ckeditor_media_embed and in src/Plugin/CKEditorPlugin there is MediaEmbed.php script but I don't see where is first input "URL" and add my custom input.

Any idea???

To use nigthwatch I have to install  selenium-server-standalone and chromedriver ?

I have to install node.js inside the drupal directory?

I have to install yarn inside the drupal directory?
