Drupal 8.x

Hello Everyone,

I want to use Drupal to present an online rulebook for my customers where the rules are broken down into topical sections.  Each section will have either a section number or a section code, and then all the rules underneath will have outline numbering either linked to the section, independent or as an outline numbering scheme that transcends the sections themselves.  For example:

I'm just learning Drupal, mostly via videos. I'm really lost with some of the terms such as "bundle" and "variant". Is there a good Drupal 8 reference book or glossary or ?? that I can refer to? I'm going through the OSTraining videos which are really good, but then when I read Drupal 8 documentation in drupal.org I see these terms and have no idea what they mean or imply. Suggestions?

In the process of upgrading my Drupal test-setup from DR 7.59 to DR 8.6.1, I also tried to get experience in converting a server to https. So far I haven't really managed to install a self-signed certificate in my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Vivaldi). This is not really an urgent problem at THIS time, since it is only my local test-setup (LAN-connected client to server, both running Linux).  So I am happy to keep on using http locally for the time being.

In our company, websites we developed were using WP and Joomla.

Now, I would like to move to Drupal, but the team is used to Page Builders like Divi, Elementor Pro and so on for website building and layout.

I would like to know if there are some resources (articles, videos and so on) to share with my team about how things are done in Drupal, because AFAIK, I don't see there are anything like Pager Builders here. I know about CCK, Views and so on, but I talk about, for example, all the content layout of a frontpage, or About Us page, and so on...

I am a new user of Drupal. Have version 8.x installed. In the settings everything is set to "Dutch". But stil all the all text remains in English. What do I have to do to let Drupal speak "Dutch"?

I am creating a install profile which is supposed to install a custom module(numscroller) while custom profile is being installed.

The location of the module is mysite/profiles/innovation/modules/numscroller

But when I run the installer with 'innovation' profile selected then i get 

Required modules not found.
