Hi -
I haven't used drupal before, however I've created a bunch of websites using html, css, some javascript and some php/mysql. I've been looking for an opportunity to use this CMS and perhaps this is the time. I have 2 questions for the community.
Question 1:
A client of mine wants a website where he can modify the website content on his own. He is technically-light but can use a word processor like Word and his email client Outlook.
If I put together a website for him built on drupal, will the admin section be too intimidating for him to modify existing content? Perhaps there's a way I can limit the admin options for him to make the admin panel look simpler?
Question 2:
I would like to use drupal v6 with phpbb v3 for this application, however, the module to integrate the two does not appear to be available yet. I was thinking that I could install drupal v6 and phpbb v3 and not integrate them - at least initially until the phpbb3/drupal module is available. On the drupal homepage I could simply add a navigation link to take the user to the phpbb3. I could re-skin the phpbb3 to look like the drupal theme so that the phpbb3 looked like it belonged to the website.
