I designed a site using Drupal 7 and I had to abandon Drupal 7 because I couldn't add items to the RSS feed. Does Drupal 8 allow additional items to be added to the RSS template?

Can I find most of the features of Quizlet.com within Drupal Quiz? It appears that Drupal has given it's blessing to Quizlet.com which, I think, is a proprietary business with a freemium but non-opensource model. Perhaps Quizlet was once-upon-a-time an opensource Drupal module (?) but later morphed into a business which might explain why Drupal refers to setting up a Quizlet.com account and using their API.

I'm torn and need some input from a few people who have tried these combos.

Looking at a pre-configured D8+Commerce package so all the work is already done - however I've read that Drupal Commerce is a beast and not the best solution. What are the pros/cons?
