Before you start

Hello,
I wish to gain some experience of Drupal 8 by creating a simple low-traffic website hosted by an external provider. I have read various comments regarding possible problems with 'free' hosting services but wonder if anyone is using Byet Internet Services? Their free hosting service looks attractive but how easy might it be to install and use Drupal? I appreciate there would be little or no suport for a free user. Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.

i am a beginner but i am using drupal8.3.6, before i was using d8.3.3 and i had built my site almost to finishing it but it started to bring ,"the website encountered an expected error,please try again later.. " everytime i would click on any menu item like extend,appearance, reports and others.
but after i upgraded a new version to and it stopped. but now it has happened again.and now when i click on " Extend" on the Menu bar it doesnt render it brings " Website encountered an expected error.please try again later"

What if I have the videos locally stored?

I would like the videos to have a big, clickable, display.

I'm about to begin developing a website using Bootstrap 4. My question is, would it be best for me to start with the Drupal Bootstrap Base template? If I use the template, will I be giving up some freedom or features of Bootstrap?
