I'm at the planning stage of a project. I intend to use Drupal 7. It requires user to submit a brief about a complain they have, with at least one supporting document and two witnesses (new/existing users). Before the complain can appear in search results the following are required:
1) The supporting documents and two witnesses will be reviewed and approved by admin
2) The two witnesses must submit their own supporting statement
I'm a newby to Drupal (have managed other sites and CMSs and have some coding experience) and I'm planning to make a site for managing a collection of movies, pictures, books, paintings and also magazine and newspaper items, all around a specific theme.
Users can search for (and contribute) material, to be used in presentations, articles etc.
I can use Drupal 8 (via Strato, a hosting company with a ready-to-go installation package), running 1 database.
Have my last 200 dollars in the cupboard, and feel the pressure of no income bad. I am very comfortable with Drupal, module development being the only area I feel severely lacking.
The problem is that the country I live in has a very rudimentary web design market with very low demand. I feel the only way to make progress is to find an accomplished Drupal developer abroad who can delegate work (even if its complete sites) for a percentage.
I want to build a website. In this web users must be able to request to be a member of the website. They have to validate the request through email. The web must be managed in two languages, so I must be able to translate all that can be shown to users: posts, pages, forms, Emails, etc..
If i use any plugin that uses only english i need to translate the strings that show in website
