Before you start

I plan to build a data collection website with Drupal. I'm not sure how I will get this to function, so Im looking for some direction. Here is what the website will need to do:

1. This website will basically be lesson plans for tutors. I want these lesson plan to be dynamic.

2. There will be a node called tasks. A group of tasks need to be turned into a specific lesson plan for that day. So, I would like to create many tasks, but assign these tasks to only certain lesson plans.

I have been running a general public forum with Invision Power Board. I had this for more than 1.5yrs. But now i thought it is a time to change it into a website with a good theme. So we developed a theme and thought of using CMS if it helps. After a lot of research with various CMS those are available, i decided that drupal can help me since I know the basics of HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQl, Apache. More than that, i paid a simple visit through the help section and i bet that this is the best one i would ever get.

Now my requirements in the website are
1. Normal Company pages like about, contact us, etc. (Needs to include sliders and information grids made by javascript. I have it in hand)
2. 5 different blogs with different requirements (I know a blog can be added, but what do i do if i need more blogs?)
3. Forum
4. wiki (Bt nt complete one, need a simple one)
5. Webinar facilities if any
6. Job Portal (Not the complete one. Just it is sufficient enough to give few information with search facility)
7. Idea/Software showcases (Ppl must b able to sell/give it for free)
8. Need to give out a folder like structure for only study materials. Materials can b videos, pdfs, ppts, etc.
9. Chance of conducting sample exams
10. Project management tools for conducting and managing several projects online.

well. i do hope if someone can advise or help with my issue:
i do not have have any coding or programing background and I want to start build websites for others as a business except few html and few php.
please advise for a plan or strategy to follow to help in drupal aspect as I will not use it with any thing else except for Drupal.

A client of mine has recently decided that they're unwilling to allow us to use Drupal to build their websites. Their concern is that, because Drupal uses the GPL, and the content of the website is rendered via Drupal and "distributed" to the end users, that this distribution automatically infects the content itself with the GPL, and therefore the site's visitor is granted all of the rights to the content that they would be afforded with the GPL.

I chose Drupal because it offers the chance for personal growth and professional growth, which is more important to me than fast-easy design. Is there hope for inspiration?

Problem running WAMP:
I remote desktop into my Microsoft 2008 server, and have successfully installed WAMP. [If anyone is wondering why I am attempting to use WAMP instead of LAMP (or anything else), it is because I need to download sqlsr module (http://drupal.org/node/1207972) - which should be topic ignored here (http://drupal.org/node/1336650)]. When I goto the start menu, and click "start WampServer", I get the following error-message Aestan Tray Menu box:

Aestan Tray Menu has stopped working

Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.

Check online for a solution and close the program

Close the program
