Before you start

I am new to Drupal and CMS. I installed Zircon distrubution for Drupal 7 version. But whenever I edit anything I get this error

Notice:Undefined index:drupal in update_requirement()(line35 of c:\wam\www\zircon_profile\modules\updates\update_install).

what is this error and how can i resolve it???

I'm new to Drupal, but have used Joomla and Dreamweaver before.
I want to convert a site to Drupal and have a few questions:
1.) Is there a 'theme' (which I guess is basically the same as a template?), that would be a bare bones, stripped down one that has almost nothing in it?
I don't want to get bogged down with 100 menus (multisites) or things that I have to spend a lot of time figuring out how to remove them.
I'm talking really basic -
I don't need search, I don't need navigation,
I don't need RSS, comments, ecommerce, etc. etc.

We are going to be building a new site using Drupal. We are initially wanting to know if there is a module to allow us to link our website subscribers to our InfusionSoft which we will be using for CRM.

Additionally does Drupal have a module or the capability to control content on the site, granting certain users access to certain pages and content as defined by their membership level.

Any information would be much appreciated.
