I have to set up an extensive (=1000 questions) medical survey website and would like to know if drupal is ok form my needs.
I have set up some testing drupal sites but have some more questions:
- can I set up multiple page survey's? (webform, survey)
- if not, is there a way to make one page survey's chain up on posting (post a->show B, post B->show C?...
- are there any security measures I schould take to protect data?
I recently came across some bittorrent modules for drupal. One of them is a tracker, the other treats torrents as nodes. It all sound very cool except I am a bit confused. First, they are not within cvs. Ok, I think but still... Then, I read that digital bycycle has created a bittorrent module (months ago) but has not released them because of piracy concerns, that is, people doing illegal file swapping with the module. Fair enough, it's their module. But, I know torrents are easily trackable and the music industry actually like this, so I don't get their concern.
I'm setting up my second Drupal website and I have started with the 4.7 release candidate. I just installed massmailer and it seems to have problems. I'm wondering if I am going to have many problems with modules not being compatible with 4.7. Would I be better off to use the newest version of Drupal 4.6 for now?
Hi,
is it possible to have a content type "News" with nodes insides sorted by "last added date" (default sorting) and another content type "Companies" with nodes inside sorted alphabetically ?
We have been using Xanga for our needs thus far, but a lot of our users are leaving because, well, Xanga sucks. Basically, I'm the leader of a church youth group whose members live all over a city. Many are migrating to Myspace and personal blogs, which is fine, but the parents are not too keen on that given all the myspace rapes and such. I've only ever used Mambo before, and don't feel like using it again, for probably obvious reasons.
