I wanted to know if anything is available for banner campaigns.
I'm looking at a few different CMS packages for starting a review website. Drupal has a lot of what I want and need, however it seems to be lacking any sort of banner campaign management.
I also went thru and looked at the long list of modules, and while I saw a module for amazon affiliates and another module for google adsense, I didn't see any "generic" modules for banner campaigns? Only modules I saw was specific modules for advertising amazon or google.
I'm looking into various options for doing recurring billing via credit card.
I've offered $100 bounty or donation for a 4.7 authorize.net SIM module, and $100 to finish the 4.7 paypal pro module.
I'm also looking at non-Drupal options.
zencart does not do recurrent billing
paypal standard does recurrent billing, but does not accept credit cards, and is not ready in 4.7. paypal pro accepts credit cards, but does not do recurrent billing, and is not ready in 4.7
Before I begin I just want to say that I am a seasoned HTML/CSS/PHP developer but am fairly new to Drupal.
I am looking to convert a site I run into a Drupal powered site. However I am unsure if Drupal can handle what I'm looking to do. I run a music fan site for a band I like. I have several sections on the site - News, Songs, Discography, Articles, etc. I've already installed Drupal and have been playing around with it but am unsure of if it can accomplish the following: (hope this makes sense)
I installed the category module and flexinode. Then I created a new content type "song" which has several fields like lyrics, song length, song description, etc. Now I want to create a Discography (a listing of all CDs the band has released). In my current custom-coded solution I am able to enter a tracklisting for each CD. I enter the number of songs on the disc and that number of select boxes appear with the options dynamically filled in with all songs that are listed in the database. Is it possible to create a complex content type that would allow me to select and then display a tracklisting for the CD? Or is there some other module or solution to make this happen? Basically, the end result should be a node for each CD that has some information about the disc and then a tracklisting in which each song in the list would be linked to the node that was created when the song was added to the site.
hello, what do you think is the solution with Drupal for a bi-lingual site where each pages including the front page and the primary links should be available in 2 different languages (ie french and english)? Do I have to make 2 different install of the same site in both language or is there a more elegant solution?
Hello, I was asked to rebuild this website : http://www.art4eu.net/ with a more user friendly interface for the people who have to update the content (right now they must do it by hand with html). I was thinking using Drupal to do the task and I started reading some topics in the forum including the one about making a corporate website with drupal. Do you think Drupal is the way, the new site should look like the one already in place.
