Can someone please explain exactly how the Organic Grouops module works?
Specifically, when a member of a group creates a piece of content, do they have the option to indicate what group it should belong to? Can they be required to select a group? Can more than one group be selected?
Additionally, is there a way to make it so only members of a specific group can view content belonging to that group?
I've been playing around with Drupal. I'm liking it so far, but I'm wondering if I would be able to modify it quite as much as I want to. For example, this is a rough sketch of what I'm thinking about for a main page:
I currently use ad scripts that rotate banners with each page load or every minute, whichever happens first. Will I be able to do this in drupal and what plugin might I need?
I get a lot of traffic, especially from google. Will changing my site over completely (I'm restarting from scratch but plugging in most of the existing content) to drupal affect my google/search engine results/rankings?
Hey everyone, I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. I am starting a music publishing company (licensing songs) and I am looking for a CMS with the following capabilities and requirements.
Can anybody suggest a module to implement favorite nodes list for users ? Each user have to have his own favotites list - to put there most interesting forums, blogs, may be products, etc.
If no such module exists could you please suggest something close to it ?
I am testing ecommerce with paying by credit card via paypal (in sandbox).
Based on reading and testing, buyers can only use a credit card to pay (on paypal site) the very first time they buy something. after that, they will no longer be shown the credit card screen again.
It seems amazing, but it appears to be true. Can others just confirm this is correct?
(it certainly makes testing time-consuming.) It also makes the paypal pro module necessary for my site.
