I have to build a site for a non-profit organization which has up to 100 branch offices.
I need the following features:-
1. Each office login & to create support tickets, view their office circulars etc.,
2. Complete office profile management:
Computer Hardware, Software, Peripherals information data management
(data should be able to export to/import from Excel or csv format)
3. Office staff information, contact management
4. Technical Assistants should be able to mark and close the solved problems
I see so, so many support request threads in the 'general' forum. Is any moderation happening here? Or is it a free-for-all?
I would see the general forum threads as places where Drupal users could discuss other issues rather than support requests, and for new users who want a taste of what Drupal is, and the future, it might be a bit of a turn off...
We are a charity organization and we are looking to provide a legal case management system for the lawyers are helping us. We are looking for an open source platform, as some of our members are involved in IT and software development, they will be able to help us.
We understand that a Legal Case Management system will be difficult to find, so we were thinking to use Drupal as the engine.
Does anyone knows if we could build the following with Drupal ?
My question is maybe not ezacly about drupal but how to create a SIMPLE web browser script that will reedit (clone) my drupal node automatically several times (while I start the script) and after simple change (automatically selecting next item from node taxonomy) will submit the node again...
I know how to make some programming but know nothing about tools that may hellp me with that...
I have virtually no permissions to my site when I log in as User 1. I can't create or edit content. Under User Management I only have access to Access Rules. Under Site Building, I only have access to Blocks, ImageCache and Contact Form and a couple other modules, but no access to Modules. If I try to use the Administer "By Module" link, I get a fatal error message about memory being exceeded. I only have access to 5 modules under Site Configuration. So out of all the modules installed on my site, the Site Administration page only displays 13 modules.
