I'm almost new to drupal and i have some questions for you guys! I've built 1 drupal site in the past and the one I've build it for was satisief, it was just a basic site with some information about his profession.. Really nothing special!
Nowadays I have an other problem, I really need to make an extended site! It's for a club of students in Ghent, Belgium and the site has to offer following services:
Do I understand correctly that modules on http://drupal.org/project/modules are under GPL?
Does it mean that I can change their code?
I downloaded and installed a module which is plug-in to an external service which is adware, i.e. its ToS stipulates that it is either feeds to vistors of my website advertising or one should pay for it to get it w/o ads.
Can I change the module's code in order to prevent ads (w/o paying).
How does adware corresponds to principles of Drupal as Open Source and GPL?
I am pretty new to drupal but really liking what I am seeing so far. I was wondering if there is a module available for drupal for e-learning? I was looking at using Moodle on a sub-domain but if there is a module available I would rather go that way to avoid multiple login's etc.
