I have a solution question that I would need some guidance and help from the community.

Here is the need of my website:

I've had an idea for a website, and I don't want to go into too much detail, but essentially it would:

a) take someone's answer to a question and put it in a database
b) search that database and see if their answers match anybody else's answers
c) return the results while simultaneously informing the other party about their matching results
d) keep a counter (maybe by IP address, but most likely by name/email) on how many time user has answered a specific question a specific way, and suggest a different answer

Yesterday I tried to download modules but apparrently my access to download was blocked (!?!). This morning, I click on the files, again to download some modules, and nothing happens - not even the "access denied" page (I also try to save the link as...). Can someone please help me clear this out? I haven't done anything bad!! ;)

I am embarking on a project in which I install and configure 4 different Content Management Systems in 4 days. I am posting this here because one of those systems is Drupal.

I am extending this invitation for multiple reasons but most of all I hope it helps those of you who are new to Drupal or trying to understand its capabilities. Also if anyone has ANY suggestion on how to make these tutorials more effective please by all means pass them along to me through a comment on my blog or through the contact form on my blog.
