I am fairly new to Drupal and working as Content Manager/Admin for a school's website.  Currently I am looking for a way to pull a report for the list user , groups and the pages associated with them.  Even better would be a content calendar that could be automated to contact groups if their content needs updating or reviewed after being unchanged for so long.  The current version of Drupal we are running is 9.3.12.  

I am also open to a paid service if it can be integrated with Drupal.

Any insight or possible solution would be appreciated.

i want to higher the speed of durpal8 by filling the cache automatically. Has anyone an idea for a strategie?

First i developed custom module by clearing cache automatically.

drupal_flush_all_caches();

The cache will be cleared by my module. But the problem is, that pagespeed is very slow for the user who starts a site first. so i want to fill the cache automatically.

I am new to drupal and am trying to figure out a way that makes our work clearance process easier when updating page content.

When comparing a revision with the published page the changes are highlighted. If my boss is wanting to make further changes they have to go back to the draft version to edit and lose the ability to see the highlighted changes. Is there a way to have a view when editing like track changes in a word document where you can easily see what's being updated.

I am working at a place using Drupal CMS and in their Infinite wisdom, they decided to disable (remove) the "view source" button in the WYSIWYG input window for their content. But Now they'r realizing that when things shows upas "&" and non-breaking-space or there's a missed tag and a hyperlink runs on for a whole paragraph, they're unable to see it and edit it, because they can't view the source.
