Problem with new role and view permissions

Hi all. I'm hoping this is the correct place to add this sort of a question but I'm really struggling with an issue in Drupal 9.3.12.

I have a website that keeps, naturally, keeps user data as safe as possible; I'm the administrator. We have a membership manager who I've enabled to login and add/edit/delete member data - where member is a new content type. This was done through defining a role called Membership_Manager and this all works well. No one else can see this data other than he and myself.

I need to export via REST API the url image (full) and the string to BlurHash from this image.
How can I do this?

Thanks a lot for any help.

Images on Drupal 8/9

Does anybody know what configurations do I need to allow remote images on my site? I prefer to link to remote images but for security reasons Drupal blocks them so what adjustments do I need to make to make sure these images are not blocked.

It is my site and the site for images is safe and I take full responsibilities for them. why does Drupal blocks them by default. In Drupal 7 this was not the case so some module is responsible for this and I want to know which one.

Thank you.

How do we/can we gather user feedback about Drupal?

I feel like Initiatives (core and commu) are not representative of what people think/want/wish about Drupal as a tool.

I would like to know if report or statistics exist about user expectations

As a developer, I'm willing to create new and/or contribute to existing modules but I would like to know what people really want first.

Sorting Children by Entity Reference usage

I am trying to make a view that displays my children content sorted by quantity of usage inside parents content.

The basic structure is simple :

a content type "Parent", with a field "Children" that can handle some Entity referenced content type "Child".

I need to be able to view, for instance ;

- Green child        0
- Red child        2
- Blue child        30

blue child is currently referenced 30 times inside parents, red is 2 time.
green has not been setted to any parent already.

- How to proceed to build such a view ?

How much does a custom Drupal website cost to develop from scratch?

Hey Guys,

As you know, Drupal is a free and open-source content management system (CMS) written in PHP. It is used as a back-end system for many different websites, including news sites, personal blogs, corporate websites, and government sites. It is also a popular choice for developers who want to create websites with complex content structures, powerful user management features, and robust security. As I'm new to this platform, I have some questions about how to work on this. Could you please help me out with this?
