I find it strange that the project area has the same text for each section.
4.7.0-beta.x | 4.6.x | 4.5.x | 4.7.x | cvs
Drupal
Drupal is an open-source platform and content management system for building dynamic web sites offering a broad range of features and services including user administration, publishing workflow, discussion capabilities, news aggregation, metadata functionalities using controlled vocabularies and XML publishing for content sharing purposes. Equipped with a powerful blend of features and configurability, Drupal can support a diverse range of web projects ranging from personal weblogs to large community-driven sites.
Note: Drupal 4.5 and earlier versions will not run on PHP 5, but Drupal 4.6 is PHP 5 compatible.
If you are using Internet Explorer and WinZip, save the file first, as otherwise IE will corrupt the file's extension.
I also find it strange and a little confusing to have it listed in the present order?
Wouldn't it be better (IMHO) 4.5.x | 4.6.x | 4.7.0-beta.x | 4.7.x | cvs
Picture this....you are a total newcomer to the site....forgetting whether or not you are tech savvy.
How do you decide which version is for you?
When you click to each area the text remains the same for each release.
Drupal 4.7 will run on PHP 5 yes? IMO that (and anything else relevant to deciding why you want to install or not install) needs to said clearly on the 4.7 areas. Ditto for all other releases. Release specific information is required for each.
