I'm trying to install a menu item with an apmpersand in the url. It comes out garbled no matter what I seem to do. The menu path is entered in as: civicrm/profile/create?reset=1&gid=3
After saving the new menu item it is garbled into: civicrm/profile/create?reset=1%26gid=3 which doesn't work of course. I've looked around at what I think is every concievable place to turn off this and can't seem to find a way.
I'm very new to web programming so please excuse me for my basic questions.
I want to create a site where users only see forums or news from the category they choose in their settings. Is this possible with Drupal and how much do I have to know about the programming language for that?
Please tell me if Drupal is the right software to realise such a site.
My Drupal site had been working quite well, but some time ago I noticed that the "edit" button/tab was visible for blog items, but not for books. I checked the access rights -- they look OK. Of course, I can edit books through the administer/content menu, but it's less inconvenient.
Does anybody know why this happens and how to fix it?
I am building a website for employment law resources using 4.7.4 and have spent considerable time researching my options for different modules.
