I'm trying to find a way to set the teaser length specifically for a node type (e.g. blog only). I know that i can set the teaser length at admin/settings for global but what I want is only for a specific node type (not global).

Is there anyway to do this? can someone tell me how?

I think understand now how the taxonomy works but it seems sort of funny when u think about it. There is no direct path (at least I know of ) that allows you to link to a vocab yet when you add content it show the vocab name and wants you to enter terms into it (if you have selected that) So it makes it really odd say if you run an article or story site and I want people to post to say Business. Well they see a made up vocab name when they submit. very confusing for me.

I need to turn off the submitted by on my page content types but not the others. I been looking for a while.
