I am supposed to be building a site for a small municipal government. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good theme to start off with. I did not see anything specifically designed for small municipal governments.

Hi there. I am sorry for asking this here but I have done my best to find this site's https://polytech.univ-amu.fr/ theme internet to buy it for one of my projects but no way out. The theme was renamed and I am even not sure that it is a sold one. Please Help me to find it if it is a sold one.

Hello All,

I wanted to upgrade my current drupal 7.43 version site to drupal 8. I've performed steps describe over https://www.cloudways.com/blog/upgrade-drupal-7-to-drupal-8/ here. but I'm getting an error like http://webzexperts.com/dev/drupal8-missing.jpg.

I have 70 Sites Running Drupal 7. Version of PHP is not high enough to support Drupal 8.  If i have my host upgrade to a higher version of PHP will that effect sites already up?

What i would like to do is on the 71st site use Drupal 8.
