SEO Comparison between WordPress and Drupal CMS

Hi,

I currently run a tech blog made on WordPress. I had read somewhere that Drupal offers better SEO aspects in comparison to WordPress. Is it true?

To be frank, the website is nearly 4 years old but I am still struggling to drive traffic to the site. I guess, the implications of plugins and unstructured code adds more disadvantage in WP.

Could someone guide on the same with proper data!

Store files into Mysql DB

I don't want to store files into Mysql.

One of my clients is asking to store the files (Images, etc) instead of file system (sites/default/files).

What I need is to convince him that it's a very bad practice and I need your help as a reference why it's bad to store files in Mysql DB and why this is bad for Drupal and what is the impacts and customization needed to be done on Drupal to do so.

Taxonomy term filter

Hallo, I often use the filter [view:name=display=args] or [block:module=delta] when writing static pages.

I know that to display nodes related to some specific taxonomy term I can create a view for it but is there a way to have a filter which can display all content related to some specific taxonomy term without creating a view ?

This could work either recalling the term like [view:taxonomyterm] or recalling the url [url:tag/myterm]

I don't know if a module like this exist it would save time because I don't have to create a view for every single term

bye

Any information about MD Megamenu?

I'm thinking about purchasing MD Megamenu, but I would like more information about the module. I noticed that it doesn't have a module project page on Drupal.org. How do I know if it's covered by the security advisory policy? Where can I see how many people are currently using the module? Does anyone know if the module is safe to install?

So how do I turn off Clippy?

I put this in general because well I don't know where else to put it. I could use my adblocker I guess but an official way to kill clippy would be nice

Seeking a Drupal Lead for very Small Firm/Startup

I am seeking an experience drupal developer here in the USA who can work with one other developer and serve as a lead. You must have experience in Drupal 8. I would say to start about 10 to 20 hours a week, though I am eventually open to full time employment and a partner in the firm if it's a great fit. I have two websites that serve the insurance industry and in addition to being proficient at Drupal 8, you must be proficient with working with APIs. You also must have a track record, references and a portfolio of sites you have worked on.
