This project is obsolete; it is no longer used to give VCS access to the drupal.org repository. Everybody can create projects and commit code on drupal.org repository.

If you need to be able to opt projects you created on security advisory policy, create an issue on Drupal.org security advisory coverage applications following Apply for permission to opt into security advisory coverage.
