Drupal 7.x

I have a right-side block that shows up on all my pages. When I create a Tags listing page, for event listings, etc, this block does not show up. Is there a setting I can do to get it to show up on all the pages, including the listings pages? The present configuration allows for it to show up on either ALL PAGES EXCEPT THOSE LISTED or ONLY THE LISTED PAGES. Can I have both?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw "CSS class:" in the advanced options, but I do not know how it works, I looked in the documentation without finding the solution :/

I'm a french user of the module lm_paypal. I want to create a website with classified ads. I propose different subscriptions : pay to be on the top of the list for a week, for a month,... but I want that the basic subscription, post a classified ad, be free. And I don't understand how to do that because with lm_paypal the user have to pay every time. Can you help me on this point ? Just a way to post a classified free OR pay, just have the choice.

Is it possible that someone find solution for this error in drupal 7?
When I install ANY modul I have to restore from my backup all site in previous working version.
Problem is:
When I install any modul that bring me problem that I can edit anymore anything.
I always have message "You do not have any administrative items."
I already tray all mentioned solution which I found in other colleague posts and alway is The same situation! :(
I'm desperate, please help me!

I have poi locations indexed with Apache SOLR. is it possible to display locations on map when bbox are change.

P.S. and this is occurring in all versions of IE, the site works fine in all other browsers and platforms.
