I’m new to Drupal and I am working on a website that uses Tarteaucitron as cookie consent management system. For now, i think they have Google analytics on the website by deploying it with tarteaucitron. I would like to use Google Tag Manager but i am note sure to know how to install it with drupal and tarteaucitron. For regular website, i just add the gtm snippet on my code but I don’t know here how to do it with drupal and tarteaucitron

Is there a Source Code syntax highlighter that can be used with the WYSISYG module? I've been going nuts trying to find something that will just do simple HTML highlighting when you click on the "Source Code" button in the WYSIWYG to make it easier to view the code. Would think this would be something most developers would want. What am I missing?
I am maintaining a Drupal 7.x project. We did a Web Inspect scan on this website and got a scan error as "Expression Language Injection" in the file sites/all/modules/back_to_top/css/back_to_top.css/%9%o9y889% .
I know that this bug is coming from a spring library of the back to top module. Does Drupal 7 use spring framework based library? I don't have evidence to prove this as false positive. Any help please?
