[SOLVED] User´s permissions - View only own content type

Hi Drupalers :)

I´ve got a question regarding permissions. Everything works fine, but there is lacking one very important configuration when it comes to user permissions. What I need for my website is that "authenticated users" can only see their own published or edit content types.

In the standard drupal 7 version if you make a new content type (let´s say for example: Client = Kunde in German) you have the following permissions options (see uploaded Screenshot): https://ibb.co/eg3CMm

Metatag module, enable it and then...?

I have read the doc page for metatag module, and the readme. I know little of the topic area so those still leave me wondering about the basic functionality. Do I need to do anything else to get metatag to work at a basic level? Clearly there are all kind of tweaks and options but those are over my head right now. Does the metatag module offer useful SEO features with it's default, out of the box settings?

Redirect a view to taxonomy term page

I have a taxonomy page that embeds a view with exposed filters in a separated block.
In this block a user can filter for categories (=taxonomy term) with hierarchical select. (3 levels)

Media Module can't be enabled

I am working with drupal 7 and I am following a curriculum that gives me instructions on how to make a website with drupal. I was told to download the 7.x-3.0-beta3 version of media. It then said that File Entity is required to use the module. My curriculum is a little behind and they talked about downloading file styles which we were told we didn't need to do.

Sort search results by post date

Hi, can search be set to sort on post date and not the authored on date? And then secondarily, to search by the authored on date if the content type does not have a post date?

Thanks!

Okay, this security question is killing me...

Man, I've looked everywhere for potential resolutions.

Problem 1: I want to deny users from using "username" to reset password, and ONLY allow email to reset password.

* Can not find an answer, or create the resolution myself.

Problem 2: Do not allow admin to request password reset.

* Can not find an answer, or create the resolution myself.

Problem 3: has been resolved with Captcha and flood control to prevent reset password abuse.

ANY suggestion(s) at this point would be greatly, sincerely appreciated.

Thanks.
