Where's the Punctuation?

I just noticed that Joomla! has an exclamation point after it. Maybe we could get the name changed to "Drupal!" for Drupal 7!?

Looking for Professional Drupal Partner

Hello,

We're looking for a professional drupal developer company in order to sign a service level agreement for developing and supporting at least 7 different projects in drupal. We distinguish between two kinds of projects:

a) "Company" projects

Developments for several companies that want to change their HTML corporate sites to new ones managed by a CMS. These are the easy part of our deal, "standard" requirements for a company: good design, w3c validations, and news and blog as the "dynamic" content to be introduced by them. Maybe some will require internal content management.

Do it well and I could get a lot of new clients in this point.

b) "Social network" projects

Best practice to prepare for D6->D7 upgrade?

Building some new D6 sites. Any tips on best practice to prepare for D7?

I'm going to minimize use of add on modules but will of course be drawn, moth to the flame, to CCK, Views, etc.

I'm also particularly concerned about how to implement images in D6 to make the transition to D7 successful.

- CCK - what trouble am I going to get in with a D7 upgrade?
- Views - same...
- Images - how best to implement given new image support in D7 core?
