Drupal 7.x

Im doing a Drupal full (not minimal) install of Drupal 7.

With Drupal 7.x-dev, w/ MySQL 5.0.67-userstats-log and PHP 5.2.6, I input the database information on

http://example.com/install.php?profile=default&locale=en

submit the form and am returned to the same page with empty form fields again.

I've chmod'ed 777 to settings.php, the sites/default folder and even the sites/default/files folder.

Am I doing something wrong? thanks

I'm new with Drupal.

I want to create a magazine, but using the same structure as a printed (paper) version of a magazine.

In other words, the magazine must have finite editions and each editions has its sections, etc.

Beside that, the website/magazine must give the option to open older editions.

Is that possible with Drupal?

Is there a example of that?

At this time I'm currently teaching myself PHP and mySql. I've heard a lot about Drupal, Wordpress, and Joomla. Can someone tell me how hard Drupal is to upload, and how much design liberty I will have within it? I'm a designer that is learning to be a developer :)

I need a graphic designer for Photoshop layout only. No slicing or coding.

This will need to be very high quality theme; professional looking, yet not corporate looking, as this is a martial arts website. Not sure exactly yet what modules will be implemented but I suppose this will be a 2-3 page layout. Ubercart will be implemented.

I am a new Drupal user and I want to stop registered users from uploading pics on my forums, I only want administrators and moderators to be able to post photos as I am getting lots of porn spam on my site!!

Can I do this via using V- Bulletin??
