Drupal 7.x

Wanted. Drupal expertise to advise on and assist with the initial development of a full-site (not just a theme) for an international organisation with offices in the UK and US. Project specifics include architecture development, templates, modules and potential integration with other enterprise management applications, such as a CVS. The support resource should ideally be based in London or the Thames Valley, England.

I am currently using this theme http://www.themesnap.com/theme-demos/magazine-plus/

and I am having trouble recreating the block at the top with the changing images, using ddblock module

I am fairly new to drupal, and I am having a few difficulties figuring a few things out.

This is the theme template that I am using http://www.themesnap.com/theme-demos/magazine-plus/

as you can see the green navigation bar (Home, features, typography......) is nicely styled, In my drupal site i need to use a drop down menu, and I have managed this using the module "Nice menus"

I'm trying to add rel=nofollow to all the page numbers at the bottom of the blog topic pages. I've looked all over in the blog, and node modules but couldn't find it . Any suggestions?
