This site is a Work-in-Progress, we used D6 with the following modules cck / views / pathauto / ImageAPI / ImageCache among others. For now we use the Waffles theme, but we are slowly redesigning the theme.

Hi,

I had solved this error by having the administrator chown several directories, but now it has popped up again:

* warning: unlink(I:\home\vwb\sites\default\temp\fil22BA.tmp) [function.unlink]: Permission denied in I:\home\vwb\includes\file.inc on line 435.
* Removing the original file I:\home\vwb\sites\default\temp\fil22BA.tmp has failed.

I designed a website some years ago and have been adding pages to it ever since. It now has about 400 pages. (www.faith.org.uk)
Apart from the homepage, nearly all the other pages are based on one Dreamweaver 8 template. A large number of these pages are the same except for the main content area which only contains text.
How easy is it to convert to Drupal? Is this an easy process or will I have to add (copy/paste?) content manually?

Can Druple support 4 live web-casting streams with 40,000 total viewers at once ? Is Druple a single database solution or a clustered database solution, when or will my site crash when there are more than ??? viewers watching live streams? Should I consider a building a custom frame to support my site needs?

I have setup a drupal site. how to I make this drupal site be able to build apps by developer like facebook??

Hi Everyone,

I would like to assist in the development of Drupal 6&7 page title module documentation. I have been emailing back and forth with Nicholas Thompson and he suggested that I make this post to start the process of becoming a trusted user.

Some background about me:

I have been dabbling in web design for the last 4 years off and on. In the last 18 months I have made learning programming, internet marketing and web development a serious hobby. I have a pretty good grasp of PHP, MySQL, javascript (and of course CSS/HTML).

For the last 6 months I have been working as a scientific researcher at UCSB. But last week I quit my job researcher and am now doing marketing/design/web programming full time :)

I asked my first forum question about 19 weeks ago and I am still finding my bearings on Drupal. My first Drupal site is www.organicrestaurants.com and will launch the redesigned, kick-ass version of it by the end of August.

I am also a volunteer at www.ewg.org / www.cosmeticsdatabase.com and am helping make their site more accessible to Google. They are using Drupal 5, and will upgrade to Drupal 7 early next year (I hope).

So I am not some super seasoned developer, but I like Drupal alot, and I want to understand it better by helping with the documentation. Plus it feels good to give back :)
