Deprecated - Drupal.org infrastructure

How in the heck do you include some code in a forum post here on drupal.org without getting that "suspicious code" error? I've TYPED the code into the topic body (and tried pasting it in from EditPad Lite, Notepad, etc.), and surrounded it the code tags, but no success. I use Winblows XP.

So in spite of the risk of starting a flame war, I'd like to request this:

"Please convert drupal to using subversion for development"

Alexandre writes here about Drupal, in a comment about taxonomy.
One point is: Drupal.org looks too clinical, and that makes discussions more aggressive.

I guess Alexandre would like a new theme? Maybe in douche pastels or "fall leaves" hues?
Let the design be more inviting, and not so cold and business like?

Is that an idea?

For the past few days, Opera v 8.51 is rendering Drupal.org so horribly that it's completely unuseable. I've found a few drupal powered sites that behave similarly, and Civicspace is not one of them. I wonder if it's a phptemplate problem? I submitted the bug to Opera as well.
