Drupal 6/7 Developer 3yrs +

We are looking for a Drupal Developer to work in a solid team of relaxed and fun-loving creative professionals.
It is a key role in a small technical team, so you will need to be able to participate in scoping and development of all shapes and sizes (brochure sites to large budget solutions).

I'm not sure if it is a bug or am i missing something, but the videos i upload using flash always autoplay, even when i uncheck the autoplay checkbox.

So I have a content type that uses 2 vocabularies and I need to group these (in a view) by one taxonomy vocabulary (the other vocab is used by a different view):

group1 (vocab1): apples
node:1
node:2

group2 (vocab1): oranges
node:1
node:3

group3 (vocab1): bannanas
node:3
node:6

but I can't seem to narrow down the taxonomy to one vocab, so instead of the above we get:

group1 (vocab2): PC
node:1
node:2

group2 (vocab2): oranges
node:1
node:3

does anyone know how do i stop this file on my homepage (www.ulpanet.com)
from automatically playing?

when i go to the site manager -> content editor -> choose the flash file -> uncheck the checkbox that says autoplay
the video doesnt play at all.

there is also a checkbox that says "allow flash menu" that i leave checked, but there is no play button!

Working closely with the existing developers, designers and UX teams, the Drupal Developer will contribute to the design, build, on-going development, testing, and bug-fixing during the entire development life-cycle.

It is essential that the Drupal Developer has experience using Drupal 6 / 7 (Drupal 8 a distinct advantage), and has in depth skills across the entire LAMP stack including unrivalled PHP, MySQL, and UNIX command line skills.

It is also highly desirable that the Drupal Developer has experience of Agile and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, GIT and Jenkins, and automated testing including use of PHPUnit and/or SimpleTest.

- Drupal 6/ 7 (Drupal 8 desirable) development
- High scale, and high performance website architecture (for senior role only)

The roles will be based in London but there is scope to work remotely.
