Drupal 6.x

Hi,

I am looking to make preview of an article: teaser and image, something like this: http://www.naturalnews.com/Index.html

If I add a new CCK field image, I guess I can add one main image to the article and use contemplate to make the teaser page (or better use views?). How would I generate the thumbs? Something with image cache?

After installing drupal 6 through my cpanel, I have also added a theme but it does not show when I go to configure it. In the older versions it used to show automatically.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,All , need help in implementing a Lightbox2 image Gallery on the frontpage.

Drupal Status:
Drupal version 6.1 installed
Modules:
Image.module ver 6.x-1.x dev
activated : Image, Image attach, Image Gallery, Image Import, Image Magick adv.opt.
Lightbox2.module ver 6.x -1.5

I have on my site
Header,
Left side Bar, Content Right side bar,
footer

however on the "home page" the blocks inside the right side bar show under the footer.

i once noticed this happening once before when i copied some nasty code from a news site directly as text to an item that I was also putting on the front page.

So i managed to get into the HTML of the story i was making via the wysiwyg editor plug in I use.

I'm on ISP Bluehost and am trying to look at Drupal 6.1, but run into the "register_globals is enabled" problem. Bluehost leaves this setting "on" but neither changing the register_globals setting in .htaccess nor turning them off in a php.ini file seems to convince Drupal that register_globals are indeed off. I wonder if other people have run into the problem, whether there may be a workaround, and/or whether another version of Drupal might work better.

is there a module replacement for statistics_filter, compatible with Drupal 6.x?
