Using multilanguage in all my contents

Hi everyone,
I am working on some kind of encyclopedia, and I would like that home page, and all other pages be translated in different language.

The multilanguage module in Drupal (as I understand it) only allow translating Drupal content.

How can I translate my own content so Drupal will detect the language and show the good translated page in the good language?

Thank you.

What is the preferred method for removing module's permissions when uninstalling a module?

The hook_perm function allows for adding module permissions when a module is installed. However, I am not able to find a function to use in a module's hook_uninstall function to remove the module permissions.

Is there a preferred method for removing a module's permissions from the database (*_permissions) ?

My new theme won't show

Ok. I have searched, but may be using the wrong terms.

Using the instructions in Pro Drupal development, I have written a very basic theme and am trying to activate it. It is called page.tpl.php, is in it's own directory. I have even tried placing it in numerous logical places, including the "sites/all/themes/custom" called for in the book.

However, it never shows up in my available themes list in the administration panel. Where am I going wrong?

load balancer

Drupalers,

We want to setup a load balancer on two Drupal apps nodes, there's one BIG_IP in front.
Any body think it's practical?

I appreciate all in the put that you may have.

Thanks
Jacob
