Installing Drupal

I made some changes to accommodate a multi-site setup. After the setup I realized that phpmyadmin and localhost no longer work. After the multipage setup my phpMyAdmin and wamp's localhost page displays my default website that i created and it says page can not be displayed under the main content. Can some please help.

Completely lost! New to web development. Just got a domain name hosted on GoDaddy and selected the app for Drupal. Would like to use Drupal as a content management system. Now as far as building my site, I would like to use Adobe CS5 software. Do I need to download anything else from drupal.org and how do I merge the website I build (in html I assume?) with drupal and onto the server?

I am running into problems installing Drupal 7 using XAMPP on a Mac.

With XAMPP, you have a choice of putting files in 2 locations:
1) http://localhost/
2) http://localhost/~Mark/Sites

When I try installing in 1) there are file-permission problems, so I am trying 2).

However, when trying to access drupal to install ( with http://localhost/~Mark/drupal ) I get the error:

I am trying to install Drupal 7 on my 1and1 shared server (the basic one). I was reading over previous support tickets and it seems to be talking about Drupal 4 and the files which came with 7 are more different than in 4.

everything works fine on my local host, but when i try to install onto website, the sites/all doesn't seem to be working, i don't see options to change to my custom theme in the theme section, and i do not see any of my modules that i installed myself. I'm using go daddy hosting. any help would be appreciated
