Installing Drupal

In the past, I used to manage a Drupal 8 site. Now I wanted to reuse that drupal site. I uploaded the data on the site. it has given me the following error message. Could anyone please guide me on how to handle these errors so that I can complete the installation?

I installed Drupal 9.3.7 with :

- Microsoft-IIS/10.0

- PHP 8.1.3

- SQLServer 13.00.6300

After installation, I have this error :

MSSQL SERVER CUSTOM FUNCTIONS

With details :

SUBSTRING:YES | SUBSTRING_INDEX:YES | GREATEST:YES | MD5:YES | LPAD:YES | REGEXP:NO | IF:YES | CONNECTION_ID:YES | CLREnabled:YES

Some custom functions are not available. Make sure you deploy them.

Apparently, there is a problem with REGEXP function. In fact, this function dos not exist in SQL SERVER.

There seems to be a data base issue with 9 on ipage. The ipage technician could not install. saying the the data base was unsupported. Has anyone had this issue?

When I access the admin page of my site, images are not showing up at first load. But this only happens inside the admin pages. but when i reload the page then they display correctly.

When I log out, my site show the images just fine. 

No error logs about this. Also, I tried clear all caches (clear and rebuild) and the db is up to date, but the issue persists.

Any idea why is this happening?

Hello!

I moved my site (which has another site inside) to another hosting, and everything is working fine except for the multisite, which shows a WSOD. There's no error logs about this in admin/reports/dblog or admin/reports/status

In my site I only have one settings.php located in web/sites/default, and the $settings['trusted_host_patterns'] are exactly the same than the previous server.

Any idea about where I should start to find out what's going on?

So what happens is that I can't install modules the way I see on YouTube tutorials.
When I go to the Wysiwyg module install page I don't get the tarball gz to download anything.
When I go to my user page I get invited to download Drupal even though my site is well under development already.

- Will downloading another iteration of Drupal in any way help me install modules on my previous Drupal installation?
