Help: Upload Local Drupal (composer) site to shared host

For some hobby projects: I have always used core drupal install and module install and upload by sFTP to my shared host. But with Drupal 9 I have changed my local website to Composer managed site. That went okay on my local machine in Mamp. But now I must upload the sites to the shared host (mijndomein) but that do not create a working production site. Is there anyone in The Netherlands, that speak the dutch language that can help me? I also like to pay for any help! Thank you

Moving Drupal 8 site from subfolder to root folder

I tred to move Drupal 8 files from the subfolder to the root. But it gave the following error messages.  Then, I reversed the process.  Could anyone suggest what could be the best way to start showing a site that is actually in a subfolder instead of in the root directory?  Manua;lly moving files and folders gives the following error messages.
