My web shows this error after login in the admin panel, or when I try to go my profile (ex.: mywebsite.com/user).

After login, redirection take me to this path:
www.mywebsite.com/home?destination=/home (is adding '?destination=/home')

Having trouble with a non-standard configuration of Drupal 9 and relatively new to Drupal as a whole.

The last week i was trying to migrate d7 to d9. I had several errors. Things that worked in D7 didn't work in D9. After deleting some things and adding again some things worked. But i think I must start over.  Is there a way of exporting content from one D9 database to an empty D9 database or must i do it all over and convert all manualy?

Who has some tips?

I tried just  also run

php composer.phar update drupal/core "drupal/core-*" --with-all-dependencies

Hi , D7 i have installed so that i can go to https://roots.fred-baltus.nl . In that folder i have all the other folders and files needed. Such as sites, themes, modules , etc
