Installing Drupal

I am new to drupal and using drupal 7.24 and wamp 2.2. I recently downloaded hotel distribution from weebpal's website but when i tried to install it i got error in very first step( I dont know how to insert jpg image from my computer hard disk) so I will write it here how error looks like

I have one site (English / French) however, the client decided to use two top domain level (xxx1.com) and (xxx2.com) - They are not master and slave two different top level domain - I am asking for help to allow one single log on (currently the user sign on the English site, if switch to the French site they have to sign on again), any help is much appreciated . Hi,

I have some problems with installing the Mailchimp module.
I can't seem to find the correct library.
The zip file of the given link "http://apidocs.mailchimp.com/api/downloads/mailchimp-api-class.zip" has no MCAPI.class.php file in it.

Does someone know where I can find that file?

I'm having trouble installing Drupal 7.24 on a Linux server; when I attempts to access /install.php, the browser screen says

"Drupal already installed"
To start over, you must empty your existing database.
To install to a different database, edit the appropriate settings.php file in the sites folder.
To upgrade an existing installation, proceed to the update script.
View your existing site.

i am new to drupal and cms. i tried to install open church distribution and i got this kind of error. could any one help me

Hi, error when I install Drupal 7.0:

register_globals is enabled. Drupal requires this configuration directive to be disabled. Your site may not be secure when register_globals is enabled. The PHP manual has instructions for how to change configuration settings.
