Installing Drupal

when i go to "development" then "edit this page" is it possible to include a picture. hence, is it positive to include gif files (tags) in a edited document.

ps.. drupal does not support graphics, can u refer me to another website that is simular to yours.

I have drupal setup, 4.1.0 rc 1, using the martin theme. I created an account, added a few test stories, polls, blah, and can see it all find when I'm logged in. However, when I log out, nothing shows up on the home page.

I checked through the settings and can't find anything that might have anything to do with this.

Any ideas how I turn on the content for anonymous users?

Altough the blogging is disabled, when a news feed is shown for a registered user, the icon for blogging appears, and if clicked the sytem tries a submit (module.php?mod=node&op=add&type=blog&iid=514) which (of course) correctly fails - ending up in the submit module, and not in the blog, which is disabled.

Is this a known bug?

I have tried to install Drupal - only to discover that I have no more browser access to my site. If I call the site with or without the index.php I'm turned down.

I cannot figure out how to use images with forums. In Site configuration | Forum settings, you may set paths, but what are you supposed to place in that folders?

Is there a place to download those images used by forum.module (hot/closed/whatever)...?

It doesn't come with Drupal distribution package, and I guess I can create them myself, but I also think that someone would've made them already, and wouldn't mind sharing?
