IIS Role Services for Drupal 7

Hi all, to install Drupal 7 are there any specifically required IIS Role Services (Windows 2008 R2)?

e.g. under Application Development the options for CGI, ISAPI extensions, ISAPI filters, ASP.NET, ASP.

Are these all required / are there any which should not be selected for Drupal installs?

Thanks for any advice

Commerce Kickstart will not work no matter what! Is it Broken?

Ok so I am trying to install Commeerce Kickstart w/ Drupal Core on my localhost.

I have used both XAMPP and EasyPHP...

I create a database and a user/password with full permissions for it.
I go to the Commerce Kickstart install page and accept the user agreement, it skips over the requirements and goes straight to "Set Up database".

The steps are here: http://www.drupalcommerce.org/commerce-kickstart-2/install : I have followed them exactly.

[solved] Problem copying Drupal Site to WAMP--Browser won't show it, wants to download

Hi there! I'm a newbie to Drupal so please go easy on me :-)

I'm trying to set up a copy of a Drupal 7 website on my local WAMP-Server. I copied the files via FTP, imported the database and edited the settings.php to fit my localhost. When I went the the url, my browsers wanted to download or use a program to open a file. I 'downloaded' it to see what it is and it turns out to be the index.php but as text and without an extension. Calling update.php wasn't possible, either.

changing Dupal's Port

I am attempting to install Drupal 7 as a localhost on a machine running Ubuntu 14.04 and also have Tomcat 7.0.53 loaded for another program. How would I go about changing the port used by Drupal, since Tomcat is using port 8080?

Thanks,

Chad
